As a pastry chef and lifelong dreamer, I’ve always envisioned owning my own business. Growing up in Mt. Lebanon, I was inspired by the way my community comes together to support new ventures, and I knew one day, I'd be part of that fabric. While being a mom of three is the heart of my world (and why you’ll see the number "3" in my company name!), my passion for my business goes beyond that.
I didn’t expect my entrepreneurial journey to take me here, but starting with a mobile coffee trailer has been the perfect stepping stone toward my ultimate goal of a brick-and-mortar business. The idea came to life during a caffeine-deprived four-hour tournament, and I knew I had to bring something unique to the table—an option that blends both purpose and pleasure. After all, who can say no to coffee and fresh baked goods?
Our coffee roaster, Nicholas Coffee, holds a special place in my heart, as I grew up drinking it, and we’re proud to be the first to serve it from a mobile trailer. When it comes to coffee, I don’t drink it for energy—I drink it because I absolutely love it. In fact, I could drink it and still go straight to bed! This business is the culmination of my love for coffee, baking, and the dream of building something meaningful that my community can enjoy.

Absolutely! There is no additional cost to customizing lattes for your event, the only additional charge is optional; customized labels.
